I have 1 bedroom available in my house, looking for roommates. Price is $800/month/room included utilities(Electric, gas, water, internet). You can pay month to month and I prefer to have a 3 months lease to start then we can renew. We need to have 1 month deposit and no criminal history, no eviction, no smoke. You should pass the background check and you can move in from 13th December.
About the house:
It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood at Leander-Cedar Park zip code 78641. My house is a single family 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. Living room is fully furnished with sofa and TV. The bedrooms are unfurnished (Please let me know if you want to have furnished bedrooms).
It is very close (10-15 mins driving) to Walmart, Costco, HEB, gas station, Hmart, Domain area and in a very good school area (Monta Jane Akin Elementary, Florence W Stiles Middle). All major employers including Tesla, Dell, Apple, Intel etc. within 25-30 minutes drive. It is also nearby Leander Metro Station takes you to downtown Austin. My location also makes it easy to get to Lake Travis, Liberty Hill or the Hill Country with all its beauty.
A little about me, I am software engineer, just turned 32. I work from home from 9-5PM. I am really into a healthy lifestyle, very active and do not drink. I am looking for my home to be peaceful, not necessarily where the party is at.
