I have 3 spacious furnished rooms available in a single family home. The 2 Masters are already rented. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. Highly desired neighborhood close to shopping and major roads.

Will consider short term leases.

Tenants are free to use full large eat-in kitchen and living area.

Owners visit the property daily and like to keep house clean and tidy, as house is very well maintained. Prefer tenants that do not consume alcohol. No drugs.
