Large Private Room in Round Rock

This is a large house in north Round Rock. The house has 7 bedrooms. All the other 6 bedrooms are occupied. This room shares a bathroom with two other bedrooms. We will have two rooms available at the end of January or at the beginning of February.

The house is in a convenient location. It's close to I-35, the Outlet Mall, and Ikea.

We pay for the internet. The tenant will share the electricity and water costs. The house has solar panels.

All the tenants are expected to share the responsibility in cleaning the public areas. I will make a cleaning job chart every month. If everyone does his/her part, it should take 15-20 minutes every week. It helps to keep the house a comfortable place for every one.
