Private Room for rent upstairs. Covered patio in back yard. Small uncovered patio in front. All new appliances within the past two years. This room has a refrigerator and a bookcase available. It is a shared bathroom with a male. All 3 roommates are upstairs, my brother and I have rooms downstairs. Rent includes all bills paid including internet. We have high speed internet. We have Spectrum with WiFi and 30 TV channels. We all keep a clean Kitchen and cook at different times. The guys enjoy fishing, playing acustic guitars, and gaming. We have cook outs mainly on holidays or sometimes just because. A few blocks from HEB Plus, close to Dell Diamond, and downtown Rond Rock.. No smoking inside. No Pets. Must have a vehicle.
