Kitchen is also stopped with plates glassware cookware already so you wouldn't need to bring any. Bedroom is unfurnished the remainder of the house common areas has seating. Additionally the apartment complex has a swimming pool a 24/7 gym two dog parks and a pond with a walk around track. Prospective roommate would need to apply through the leasing office. Please no pets as I have a service dog already in the residence. Rent includes 1/2 of the base rent and amenities fees additional cost is 1/2 the electric bill which averages around $75.
