About the room – This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, on a 1-acre lot, in a quiet Rhome neighborhood. I’m looking for a female, but will consider a male (hopefully Christian). Must be respectful at all times and clean up after yourself.
What you get – Private furnished bedroom, bathroom shared with guests, driveway parking, shared common areas, washer/dryer, and WIFI access.
Requirements – No smoking in the home, no parties (gatherings/visitors allowed), one small non-shedding house trained dog allowed, background check, and proof of financial responsibility.
About me – I am a single Grandma who believes family is everything. I enjoy having fun with the grandkids, playing with my 2 Yorkies, watching football, and going on adventures of any kind. I currently work from home 4 days a week. My home office is in one of the bedrooms.
