Large basement suite for rent!

I live alone with two friendly but rambunctious dogs and a very friendly cat. I’m looking to rent out my basement which includes a large bedroom, living room, tool/work room, and private bath. Kitchen is shared and the laundry room and my cat’s liter box are down in the basement. I throw house parties occasionally and want somebody who is chill and reliable. There’s a pole upstairs if that’s a hobby that you’re into. A love for EDM, animals, and the outdoors would be great :)
