Private room in shared basement (male)

Private male basement room in a shared house. The house has a main level and a basement. There are two other rooms in the basement with a shared bathroom, in-unit laundry, a living room, and a kitchen. The lease length is a semester (we rent to both students and non-students) and can be renewed indefinitely.

All utilities (gas, water, electric, internet) are included in the monthly rent. Security deposit is $550, fully refundable.

Driveway, covered and street parking, large fenced backyard, patio with gas grill and fire pit, shed storage space. Lawn is mowed by lawn service weekly. Rooms are unfurnished, and common areas are furnished.
