Townhouse room for rent in Midvale Utah

I am a male (29) working professional with a hybrid WFH schedule looking for someone to split rent with. I have a second story semi furnished room with adjoining bathroom and closet. There is a garage, but is currently being used for storage; there is a parking lot that usually has spare spaces that are open for use. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are available. A background check from my landlord is required, and I am not sure if a deposit is necessary. Water and electric utilities are extra on top of rent, but internet is provided. I enjoy talking about video games and books(even the bad ones). I would prefer someone who doesn't mind friendly meetups about once a month, which can get a bit noisy.
