Looking for roommate.

Two life long friends: Hayden and Gabe. We have a 4 bed house looking for a roommate. We both work a ton and aren’t home a lot. But when we are there is a sick projector on the top floor and movie theater recliner seats. We have Utilities included or rent is 900 with utilities separate. Currently we just split everything 3 ways. Total rent is 2800 (Gabe (me) pays extra for the car port) utilities between $150-$300 and we split it between us. Hayden and I also buy groceries together and just share you are welcome to jump in on that with us to save some cash. We don’t really have a preference on much but no smoking unfortunately no pets.
