Entry to parleys bike trail is about a block away from us going west or east. Place is perfect for hikers, bikers skiers/snowboarders, students ect. About 20 min to ski resorts/canyons & 5 min to U of U. Sugarhouse/millcreek/holladay shops 30 min walk. Everything included in rent. Surround sound downstairs, fiber internet, Netflix, Disney+ (Hulu & ESPN) & Amazon prime. Shared spaces would be entire downstairs, (including shared full bathroom) kitchen, and yard spaces.
