It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at ICO Mayfield. 2nd floor with a west facing patio. Vynil flooring, granite counters, vivant smart home, 9 foot ceilings with ceiling fans, and great circulation(with light and temperature control)

The room has an attached bathroom (a second door connects to the living room, but my guests will use my bathroom so you can keep it locked 24/7) walk in closet, and huge window that gets the sunset!

There is a $50 fee for a background check and $200 lease change fee, but I will cover the $200. You just need to pay for the background check when you apply . $750 due at move in, rent is due the third of every month.
