Looking to Fill ~111 square ft room

I'm looking for someone to split rent with. My alarm goes off around 7 AM, I work 9-6ish, then go to bed around midnight. This house has college-student renters upstairs, they typically quiet down around that time as well. If your looking for a place in Provo with a bedroom to yourself, our shared rent (including a fixed utility bill) would be $1,210. I'm happy to cover the internet bill (1 gig courtesy of Google Fiber), and to split the rent $550-$660 since the second room is smaller.
