Room available in 2 bed, 1 bath, 3 level townhouse with basement, small front porch and a yard.
I’m 37 years old female and unfortunately my rent has increased so looking for a roommate. I’ve furnished the place except for the available bedroom. I live a pretty active lifestyle and work in an office 4 days a week. I love to garden, snowboard, play golf, go boating, SUP and more. I can be social and also like to just hang at home too watching a show and/or cooking.

Looking for someone who also goes to the office as well. The basement has room for storage and currently has another TV. If you have furniture there is an option to turn the downstairs into another social space.
Rent doesn’t include utilities. Prefer a 6 month lease first with option to continue if we’re a good fit!
