There are 2 Bedrooms separately available in my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo.

Bedroom 1 measures 13'x14' with a 3'x4' closet and a half bathroom that measures 4'x6' and will likely be turned into a full bath. $1650/month

Bedroom 2 measures 12'x16' with a 6'x6' walk-in closet and enclosed balcony. $1800/month

I just bought the condo and am in the master bedroom. The condo is currently a bit of a blank canvas. I will be renovating, updating, modernizing, and furnishing the condo over time. It won't happen overnight, but it will be very nice, comfortable, and modern.

The condo is genuinely a fantastic space. If you see it, you will love it. Big, open floor plan. It's a huge space for a high rise condo. Very quiet and private. It's the best location in the whole dc area imo and one of the nicest high-end buildings. Great views on both sides of the condo. It is 2,100 sq ft. with 2 enclosed balconies/greenhouse rooms, 2 central HVAC units, washer/dryer, awesome kitchen, marble entry room, 2 central closets.

It's a fantastic neighborhood. Easy walk to all the crystal city and pentagon city offices. 1 block to crystal city metro. 1 block to 395 and 110. grocery, restaurants, bars, movie theater, pharmacy, coffee houses are all within 2 blocks. longbridge park is across the street. The area is remarkably calm and quiet for how central it is to everything. The building has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, library, common rooms. There is a commercial rock climbing gym that connects to the building at the mezzanine floor. The building does not allow pets. 24/7 concierge. If you are looking for a party environment, this isn't it. But of you want a very nice, quiet, comfortable, place, then this is it.

Utilities will be split. Those include fiber optic internet and electric. Should be around $40-$50 per month per person. 12 month lease required. First/last month rent required, as well as a zillow application which involves a background/credit check.

About me? I'm a very....very.....very laid back 36 yo dude/fella originally from the san francisco area. i like home to be a quiet, very comfortable, worry-free place. i do lots of stuff. long standing career in the defense industry, pineapple farmer, classic car racer and restorer, self-proclaimed musician (I play guitar but keep it low key at home), snowboarder, traveler, backpacker, incredible hockey player (according to me), amazing chef (according to me), tea connoisseur, can spell connoisseur, and big fan of classic literature. Aside from that boring stuff I also like actual fun things like board games, video games, and DnD.

About you? I would prefer stable, working professionals. Maybe a grad student. Be easy going, neat, and kind. Treat home like a home. I don't care about age but would prefer close-ish to my own. Guy and gals are equally welcome. I'm always to the utmost respectful and considerate of others and ask the same.

to me it's obvious, but absolutely zero smoking/vaping/tobacco/drugs/other such nonsense. There is zero tolerance on that. Silliness and ridiculousness are allowed. i don't drink at all even though i can make 10/10 cocktails. I'd prefer folks that don't either but can give a mulligan on that.
