I have 1 bedroom available a shared bath in a beautiful brand-new build located in the very Northern part of Chesapeake, VA. Rent will be $900/month with ALL utilities included. It is a quiet, nice neighborhood and a very centralized location. It is less than a 10min drive to Greenbrier mall with most big brand stores, less than 20 min drive to Norfolk Naval Base, and 15min drive to downtown Norfolk! The space has a large open concept for kitchen/living room, furnished except for the bedrooms, in house washer/dryer, parking available in the driveway, and workout equipment in the garage! I will be living in the residence and am currently on sea duty, so I spend a lot of time between my ship and taking weekend trips to visit family. When I am home, I am a clean, quiet room mate that mostly keeps to myself. Message me if you are interested!
