Room Available!!

I have a room for rent in Chesapeake off of Oak Grove Road for $650. I am pregnant and have a 9 year old and a 1 year old. I have no pets. I’m looking for a female in need of a room for rent. We’re very clean, and are barely home. My son is mainly with my mom during the summer and my baby stays RIGHT up under me. You would have full access to the entire apartment and living space. I do work from home but I’ll be going on leave in July . There is a beautiful pool in the complex and we are close to greenbrier . If interested please lmk. I’d appreciate all payments for rent in cashiers checks and I’ll have a contract notarized for business and legal purposes! My kids are very good and will not bother you at all!
