Cost is negotiable

CONDITIONS:::
-No kids live here. Photos of rooms are from house listing.
-Dogs must be house trained and get along with mine (2).
-Overnight guests are allowed but seldom.
-Must show proof of income and credit score.
-Must respect quiet hours (negotiable).
-Kitchen, living room, library, and dining bar are all public spaces.
-Cleaning chores will be shared.
-Only looking for one roommate.
-Roommate may rent more than one bedroom.
-Smoking can be done outside.🗿ers are welcome.
-Cost of rent will depend on credit score, source of income, number of rooms desired, and additional variables. All negotiable.
-Room A (see photos) will be mine. Spaces available for rent: rooms B & C. D is negotiable. Room B is the large room. Room C is the “small” room. Garage can be shared (for storage, not parking).
-ideally, I would like to rent both rooms to one tenant for a discounted price.
-Room(s) will not be available until late July, possibly early August.
-military or federal employees preferred.
