Spare area for rent

Hi I have a spare open area that can be converted to a bedroom with privacy curtains. It can fit a double bed, dresser, night table. The apartment is furnished but no bed. You will get your own small closet. It has full kitchen and laundry in the apartment and one bathroom. The lease ends in June, so you will need to find accommodation from there.
I prefer a roommate who is working professional and has a car.
Prefer someone who’s a bit of a loner and not too right or left wing. I’m usually quiet and stick to myself but I like to watch tv most of the time. You are free to use the items/gadgets I use or get your own. But for hygenic reasons I prefer you use your own toiletries and personal items such as sheets and towels.
There is wifi, heat/AC (adjustable) and a printer.
I have a projector with a Roku stick, and you can watch all the channels I have. We take turn cleaning the apartment. I have a small dining set. Also a very spacious balcony with table and chairs.

You are respectful, please pay the rent on time (no exceptions), and clean up after yourself. No parties or friend gatherings.
This is ideal for someone who has minimum needs and is just looking for a warm and comfortable place to sleep, rest and live.
