Welcome to our shared house on Guinea Rd. in Fairfax, VA! We are looking for two new female roommates to join us in this comfortable, spacious home.
The house has four bedrooms, two of which are currently available for rent. The first room is a big master bedroom with a private bathroom, and the rent is $1050 per month (negotiable). The second room is $750 per month and has a shared bathroom. Both rooms are located on the second floor of the house and are unfurnished.
We are looking for preferably female tenants, and please note that the current tenants are allergic to pet hair, so we are looking to keep it a pet-free house for the time being.
You will be sharing the common areas with two other friendly and respectful housemates who are currently female working professionals in their mid to late 20s. The common areas include a large living room, kitchen, patio, as well as a half bathroom on the main level for your convenience. There is also a large basement that can be used for entertainment and shared space. The house is also equipped with a commercial-grade washer and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has all the essential appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and plenty of cabinet space for storage. The house also has a large backyard with plenty of space for outdoor activities.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the surrounding area. The house is located just a few minutes away from George Mason University and is within walking distance of several bus stops. Please note that the house has allocated parking that belongs to the property on the driveway and the street, which can easily accommodate up to 6-7 cars.
Rent for the master bedroom is $1050 per month (negotiable), and rent for the second room is $750 per month. Utilities are not included in the rent. Utilities will include water, electricity, gas, waste, and high-speed internet. At maximum capacity of 4 people, utilities are usually no more than $150 per month. A security deposit of one month's rent is required, and background checks will also be required for all tenants.
