Hello!! This listing is for the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-floor townhouse conveniently located 20 minutes from GMU and 2 minutes from the nearest shopping center. This townhouse consists of 2.5 baths, a shared kitchen and living area, and washer/dryer units. Utilities are included in rent. Plenty of resident parking; with street parking for visitors. Other bedroom is currently being occupied by a 24-year-old female who is bubbly and outgoing. Would love to get to meet you!! Work schedule is primarily in office with one WFH day so if you work/study from home you will have the entire space to yourself 8am-5pm, 4 days a week. Looking for someone who is friendly and neat in shared spaces. August 1st move-in date is preferred but flexible.
