Rooms for rent in Reston, VA for $750 (Utilities not included but don't run over $50 a person)

I have two rooms available on August 1st, in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at the heart of Reston! You will have a private room but share a bathroom with one other girl. The condo has a ton of space and storage for the area at a great price! Below is what the room has to offer and little bit more about me:)

The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and a good sized closets. They come unfurnished, but you have access to all the common areas of the house which are fully furnished.

The ideal roommate-
Female only,
In their twenties,
Has a stable income,
Is OCD clean,
A Non-smoker of any kind, and has an August 1st move in day. No dogs unfortunately but other small pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

Someone who is potentially willing to be friends too would be awesome:) I’d love to meet someone who is down for a movie night or dinner date every once in a while!

About the area-
5 mins from the Reston Town Center.
5-10 mins to multiple grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Giant, and Wegman’s is across the street!
5 mins to the Whiele-Reston and Reston Town Center metro stations.
5-10 mins from W&OD.
Lots of parks and walking trails.
Plenty of bars and restaurants around with great food .
5-10 mins to local farmers markets.
5-10 mins from 3 man made lakes.
