Beautiful room with private thermostat bathroom

I am renting a new, beautiful, furnished bedroom (approved by Fairfax County) with large window wells, 4K smart TV 40" on the wall, private granite bathroom with thermostat volume control, and private entrance with wide stair in our two rooms basement (one has been occupied with other gentlemen). The house is clean, quiet, warm in the winter, and peaceful, all the while equipped with a smoke alarm system and Wifi Gigabit Internet connection in each room located at a very safe Springfield neighborhood enhanced with security camera around the house. We respect each other's space, belongings and quiet time. The room is available now and if you still see the ad. This room is about 13f x 13f with a mirror equipped door closet as shown in pictures. The basement has full size refrigerator for each tenant; counter top for ironing, table for eating, quartz kitchen with microwave / air fryer and stove/ range hood with new granite floor for the whole down level of 1220 sf with both dryer and washer for only two people to share. The room is for one person reside - prefer a gentleman without overnight guess, not using drugs, nonsmoker inside/ outside the house, no pets or party, responsible, quiet, well organized, clean, neat, full time professional employed. It should be a person who have normal/regular schedule to line up with the others in the house. A verify employee and must pass background check required. Two people live in the basement and have to share responsibility for cleaning up common areas, your own room, your private bathroom. Rent includes utilities, Verizon Fios GB Wifi for $1,000.00 each month. You will be asked for one-month security refundable deposit, proof of two months incomes (two monthly pay stubs) and one-year lease contract required. It would be month to month after that.
