The house is near the beach, two stories, and has a small yard in the back. Also only 10 minutes from Langley AFB and 20-30 from Chambers Navy base. There is street parking, but there are always spots. The surrounding neighbors are all retired military and keep a watch on the house.
The room is not furnished. The bathroom is pretty standard sized, with a bathtub and one sink. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer/dryer upstairs by the bedrooms.
I’m looking to rent to someone who is also military since I am active duty myself. I have a set schedule, so the house is pretty quiet during the day.
