Description
House hold is currently 2 females with 3 dogs. Shared kitchen, living-room and dinning room. You would have to share a bathroom with one of us due to the other bathroom being in the master bed room. Shared back yard and we use the garage for when we have people over(has couches and dart board). Make shift campfire spot in the back yard. Room is 800 and includes utilities. We grocery shop every other weekend. We are open to sharing groceries for an additional $100 just to cover grocery cost. But you do not have too. Available to come view on weekends or after 5 on weekdays. ** we will clean the room out before move in**
