Looking For 2nd Roommate!

(Sorry for the lack of good photos, I’m waiting until my current roommate moves out!)

I’m a 31 year old nonbinary queer working full time looking for a roommate! The apartment is located near JR Tucker High School, close to lots of stores, restaurants, and popular areas such as Short Pump. Amenities include free parking, washer and dryer in the unit, and your own bathroom. I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff is really nice and maintenance usually comes within a day or two.

I currently have a cat and would prefer no other pets, but I’m open to it if they get along. So pets are kind of on a case by case basis. Other than being an animal lover, I also enjoy reading, cooking (or trying to), witchy/spooky stuff, and other nerdy things.
