Not For Rent Anymore Idk How To Take Down

Large bedroom with closet for rent January until July. My current roommate (male) and I (female) are looking for one more person to occupy our spare room. The bathroom will be shared, there is an extra half hath downstairs as well that can be used. We have a garage, driveway, and street parking as well as a huge yard. I do have two dogs who are the sweetest in the world and get along with other dogs and cats. (Prefer someone with no dog but we can talk about that) we have a huge kitchen, large living room and entertainment space. Overall we are chill and like to enjoy our weekends with friends!
