Room For Rent With Shared Common Spaces

A lovely room in an apartment in the heart of Ocean View, Norfolk Va. Looking for serious inquires only, my ex roomate became incarcerated with my only being there for 2 weeks and now i’m left to pay the bills myself. I don’t really care what you do, as long as you are respectful to our apartment, neighbors, can pass a backround check and have stable income. Apartment complex has security, a gym, pool, parking garage. Our apartment has a balcony overlooking the beach & is only about a 2 minute walk. Apartment has full washer/dryer, as well as dishwasher. We would split utilities every month (wifi, electric). Must be able to sign a lease, and possibly renew when october comes around. Would be okay with video chatting to show the room/apartment.
