Bedroom for rent

Hello, I am looking to rent out my spare room. I have mainly used the room as overflow and storage of random things. The apartment is a block from a YMCA and about a 4 minute walk from Ghent. Washer and dryer in unit. Wifi, utilities and a monitored security system are included in the rent. Shared bathroom and living space. Cook and use the living room whenever youd like. I rarely have guests over and tend to keep to myself. Id like a roommate similar in this regard.
