Female Preferred, moving in with single mother

I’m a single mother of a 6 year old. Female Preferred, looking for someone who is kind and has a full time job or a college student. I’m not home a lot, there’s a lot of space, 1600 square feet. Plenty of room for parking. WiFi has not been worked out yet, the previous tenant took the WiFi box, but once I establish something, it will be worked out. Water is included in rent. Electric is seperate, usually comes out to about 150-200 a month.
