Bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. Lots of closet space. Biggest bathroom would be yours to use, tub with shower. Shared common space, kitchen, and dining room. Washer and dryer for use. Garage, and attics for storage if needed. Large yard with fire pit. Covered back porch.
My husband and I are 48 years old. We've been together for over 30 years. We have a wonderful 10yr old son who enjoys playing outside and his video games. Our rooms are on one end of the house(which can shut off) and your room would be on the other end with dining room, kitchen, and common room between. We are a quiet, hard working, no drama family. We do have a 2yr old female cat(you'll hardly ever see her) and a German Shepherd mixed puppy(very sweet)).
We don't mind single parents, small families, kids( schools are great) pets (as long as everyone gets along). We're very easygoing, down to earth people who don't like drama.
