Looking For A New Roommate To Share The Apartment.

The master bedroom in the apartment will become available as soon as July 1st but will otherwise be available August 1st. The dimensions are about 13 ft by 13 ft (158.5"x157"). The room has its own private bathroom including a no-step shower and a large closet.

The rent with internet, utilities is about $825 a month. Utilities will be split evenly. Included is access to many streaming services. The lease will renew Aug 1, so the rate is locked in for another year and the apt is on the second floor which helps to keep the heating and AC bills low.

I'm at Westwinds, which is a highly rated complex off Towne Point Road in the Churchland area of Portsmouth, which is very close to 164. It is a decently quiet place to live and has its fair share of neighbors in the military.

The complex has a pool, playground, picnic area with grills, 2 dog parks, and carwash area conveniently located but not within earshot. It is also quite close to Harbor View Grande movie theater and a wide variety of restaurants and retail shopping.

Military, working professionals, and college students particularly welcome. The complex will run a background check & a credit check before anyone is cleared to move in. The first month’s rent (pro-rated) is due at lease signing.

A one-month security deposit is required and returnable when you move out. We can discuss a payment plan if you do not have all of it readily available.

Basically, I'm looking for someone who is fiscally responsible with the bills, is considerate of others, and doesn't bring people over unless they are trusted like family.
Overnight guests shouldn't be all the time.
I am a non-smoker and no inside smoking permitted by the complex.
