This house is a warm and welcoming home. As I am the owner currently living here, I am looking for my replacement. My master bedroom has its own bathroom and with the purchase of this room you will be the only one parking in the driveway. Yes you get your own driveway! The home has common living room space and kitchen. that will be furnished. The yard is accessible for use. The current tenants are welcoming and sociable, with respect to personal space. I ask that you do the same. Utilities will be shared among the three tenants so that it is fair for everyone living here. my expectations from you are to pay on time and clean behind yourself in and out of your room so as not to disrupt the other tenants by all five senses.
