This room is located at the upper level of my house.

You will have access to the kitchen, living room, back patio, and private bathroom. Contract will be based on month to month, $800 security deposit is required along with background check as part of application process.

Located in good neighborhood with highway only 3 minutes away. Also near Potomac mills mall, Tacketts Mills Shopping Center, Old Occoquan historic town, Costco, wallmart, ikea and accessible to public transportation.

Preferred female renter. If needed, I can provide you with a table and chair. You will have access to private closet as well. The private room has a great light coming in from window.
