Beautiful Furnished Bedroom for Rent!

I have a newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo with a fully furnished bedroom for rent. The bedroom comes with a (non-shared) bathroom, use of family area and patio. There will be limited kitchen usage but there will be a full size personal refrigerator available. There is free also parking and WiFi available as well as easy access entrance with app. Utilities are separate (Gas, Water & Electric) at $125 a month. I’m looking for a long term (1-3 years) roomie who wants stable rent. There will not be any increases over the years. The house is close to highway 66 and plenty of stores.
