Furnished Room To Share In A Tobacco Free House

A furnished room [with the basics: bed, bureau, TV, etc.] to share in a tobacco-free house [inside or out]. NO ifs, ands or buts about that. I am vegan and I would prefer that you are at least vegetarian, but it's not necessary. However, NO animal products may be cooked in this house. The house is a fairly standard 2-3 bedroom, 1300 sq ft mansard fronted walkup you see all over the city. Security deposit is $500. I recycle EVERYTHING, even bank statements. I hope you do at least the basics.

Rent is due on or before the 28th of the preceding month
No amplified music, instruments or games: 9P - 5A [when I sleep]
No overnight guests without prior permission

You may text me, but no phone calls until I know ya and your number is saved.

$850 / Month: if you hide in your room with yur TV and games
$750 / Month: if you are at least vegetarian and you are conversant
$650 / Month: if you are vegan and we share some meals, along with converse and camaraderie
