All utilities inclusive – Cable TV - WIFI, washer-dryer, fully loaded clean kitchen, access and usage to spare freezer. Shared housekeeping for community areas. Meals sometimes 2-3 weekly – on board cook to your liking, some home cooked meals with left overs for lunch! Household supplies and Groceries are equally divided, based on your needs or wants to have handy. However we love our munchies!!

Extra storage space available, off street parking in large driveway. House is located on over 4 acres.

If you are a river rat access to rivers and creeks, kayaking, canoeing is just down the road! National Park with its amenities within minutes from the house.

Easy access to I-66 and I-81, shopping only minutes away as well.

Month to month-no lease, no deposit. Reining house dog is female, Lab/Pit Mix. Her partner in crime is a male Pit Mix. Very sociable dogs, female not so with other female dogs! Your sociable dog(s)s are welcome and they may be welcomed by the dogs with open paws!
