Currently, we are still in the process of improving the guesthouse and planning the bathroom and kitchen upgrades in the main home and doing some other minor repairs.
Tenants split all utilities. Deposit is equal to one full months rent and then the first months rent will be required at move in. Smokers welcome as long as you do outside.
All individuals moving in must provide 2 months worth of pay stubs and submit to a background check.
