Model Home with Spare Room

I’m a Family Physician with a Brand New home in new development called Planter’s Station that has spare room for rent. Location is in Suffolk.
There is a King and 2 queen beds with luxury beds and memory foam pillows. 1 room downstairs has its own dedicated bathroom.
You can share the study room, loft, lounge, area, dining and living area. There is a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer upstairs. And utilities are included. There’s a front patio in the back patio with a fire pit. There is a fenced in backyard. There’s an ample space in the pantry and there is a security system to protect you. It is a walking distance from the Publix, grocery store, and Food Lion, grocery store and right across the street from Sentara hospital.
In the home there is one from the cat and dog.
And I live with my daughter in in the master room.
