Room for Rent

Bedroom with full bathroom and walk-in closet with shelving. Nice size (last roommate had king bed and ample floor space) available immediately. Rent includes water, sewage, trash and internet. Electric will be split monthly (roughly $100). Full access to common areas (living room, kitchen, fenced patio and laundry in unit). I have 2 big dogs so you must be animal friendly. They roam freely when I am home and are gated in my room when I am gone. Nice, quiet neighborhood off Birdneck Rd, about 6 blocks to Oceanfront. Ample parking, close to shopping, bases and interstate. Looking for someone that lives a somewhat normal life (not out and in all hours). In retail management so my hours and days fluctuate weekly. Neat, clean and respectful person looking for same energy and vibe in a roommate.
