Large master bedroom for rent in townhome in Virginia Beach. Utilities included in total rent amount. I am a young, professional female looking for same to rent the second bedroom in my home. The room has its own private bathroom and two large walk in closets. 6 month lease is an option but 1 year is preferred. I generally keep to myself and keep a quiet home. My townhome is in a nice, family friendly neighborhood in VB close to the highway. Very central location on the south side. Students welcome with stable source of income. No credit check but I do verify identity. Security Deposit required upon move in.

Since I am offering a room in my shared home, for safety concerns, I prefer female renters. Quiet renter is a MUST, as I work from home now due to covid.
