Clean, room for rent in QUIET home.

My hubby smokes outside on the front deck. We have 1 short hair cat who is quiet, and does NOT climb on kitchen counters. She mostly stays in our two rooms. The other person here is female, and has been here 4 years. The female who left in May had been here 7 years. She has dementia and went into a nursing home. This is a very clean, quiet home with very little company. Both hubby and I are retired, but hubby works two days on weekends. We have lived here since December of 2012. We own a double-wide mobile home. We have a front-load washer, but no dryer. We have lines on our large back deck. We have internet. The room has a 32" flat screen with free Netflix, Disney, and Paramount. The bathroom is shared with other female tenant. I do a background check. It is $39 which is refundable if you stay 12 months.
