Private room and bathroom

Guest room is open with a private bathroom. Unfurnished. All utilities included. Limited closet space is the downside. The room is spacey. The living room, kitchen, back yard are all shared spaces. Suitable for a quieter person, preferably drug and alcohol free as no one in the house does any. My 2 year old son will be in the house every other week and my mom lives upstairs currently in one of the rooms. We have a very sweet 9 year old dog that hangs out upstairs with my mom and never barks. We both work M-F schedule.
