Subletting - Lease ends Feb 2025

I have a current roommate who will begin her move out process once you're approved. The complex has many amenities including a gym, dog park, and pool. My unit is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) I have a cat and a dog who have free range but 98.5% of the time, they want to be near me (my cat gets the zoomies 1% of the time and my dog will clean up after you in the kitchen) I am introverted and will be in my room most of the time. I rarely have guests. I will get along best with people who are similar. Your room and bathroom are highlighted in blue. The bathroom only has a shower (no tub) Utilities are split 50/50. You must be able to qualify on the lease.
