Salem Village Rooms for Rent

NO Smoking is allowed in the House. Smoking is allowed in the Garage during Winter and various places outside in the summer. You must disposed of your Butts properly.
My Husband and I live in the Master Bedroom, we own the house. The lucky new renters will pretty much have full house privileges. Renter must provide proof of Employment and COVID Status. An Application will be filled out and a Lease signed upon approval. Parking is on street only across the the street. No overnight guests and or wild parties. The house is equipped with many inside and outside cameras for security, that do record.
We have 3 Female Dogs and 2 Female cats you rarely see.
I do not accept personnel checks, I accept Cash.
