I will not get in your personal business, but please adhere to house rules. LGBT+-friendly and 420-friendly, but cannot smoke inside. Must pass background check, provide proof of income and be approved by landlord and Homeowner's Association. This community has few rentals, so they are very particular about who can rent here. Neighbors are friendly and it is very quiet.
