Private room in sunny two-bedroom

There is a spacious bedroom available in my four-story two-bedroom apartment. We have a beautiful spot next to a river with a sunny porch, lawn, and veggie garden. We are a 10 min walk from downtown Montpelier. The bedroom has gorgeous natural light and a view of the river. A small room that can be used as an office, adjacent to the available bedroom, is also available if interested. There is also a sunny attic loft.

I’m moving and looking for someone to take my spot. My roommate and I are both mid-late 20s women. The woman who is staying is a clean, respectful, and kind roommate.

We have laundry on-site. The bedroom and office are unfurnished; the rest of the house is semi-furnished. This is a calm and peaceful place to live.

No pets, no smoking.
