The House
In a quiet neighborhood in Hazel Dell near Columbia High School. Four-bedroom, 2.5 bath house, with a recently remodeled kitchen, a nice backyard, and garden boxes. Comes with major appliances (including two fridges) and lots of storage space. Just down the road from Highway 99, off exit 5 of I-5, where there are plenty of shopping and restaurant options. I’m moving out of a 1-bedroom apartment and have some basic furniture for shared spaces but will need to find more. Bedrooms are unfurnished.

Still negotiating with the landlord but rent will be between $600-$750 each (potentially determined by room size and/or bathroom access).Garbage/recycling, electricity, water, gas, and internet split evenly.

No pets.

About me
Single female in early 30s. Currently working remotely with regular 8:30 am - 5 pm hours. Vaccinated. Enjoy watching and playing sports, being outdoors, relaxing, and spending time with family. Have nieces and nephews (ages 5-15) that live nearby and will visit regularly.

Looking for
Female roommates who are responsible about rent and bills. Prefer working professionals or grad students in late 20s or early 30s that do not party late. Overnight friends, family, partner/guests are fine as long as roommates are notified in advance.

No drugs or smoking (tobacco, vaping, or marijuana). I don’t drink but don’t mind alcohol.

When
House will be available Oct 1st but could also start Nov 1st. Will be a 12-month lease.
