Vancouver Lease Split, Room with Garage

I work full time and am often out or pretty busy. I spend my free time either cooking or working on the car in the garage. I am friendly and accommodating, but reserved and enjoy a fairly quiet home.

The home is 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. For rent is 1 private room to yourself (pictured), one bathroom to yourself (pictured). The 3rd room and half bath are shared as needed. The pictures show the house when I moved in so you can see the full room, but it is now furnished You can have full access to the kitchen and all equipment there, plus half of the garage, including a parking space and limited storage. Rent shown includes only the home, utilities will also need to be supply, though I can supply internet. Washer and dryer all also provided in the garage. $55 applicant fee to the landlord to cover security check.
