Female roommate

Hello, I'm looking for a roommate, preferably a female starting in July, possibly sooner.

Going through a divorce, this will be after he is moved out. House is in east Vancouver, near lots of stores/restaurants/mall. You'd have a private room and bathroom (bathroom isn't in the room but you'd be the only one using it) and a shared kitchen/living area
Near the end of cul de sac, pretty quiet neighborhood

No pets (may be some exceptions depending) but need to love them, I have 3 Pomeranians that are my babies.

I've very laid back and easy to get along with. Just want someone low-key, steady income/ job. Lgbtq friendly
